- Non-substitutable: If I was running things day to day it would make no sense to find someone else to do it for me.

- Valuable: This is extremely valuable since I could license the tech to multiple car brands except of using it on one brand.
- Rare: Not that rare since some car parts are made exclusively by certain companies especially with the technology for movable side mirrors on cars being licensed.
- Inimitable: This could be imitated if one found a new innovation that could be implemented into cars.
- Non-substitutable: Cannot be substituted since I would less most of the market and the product won't be as effective.

- Valuable: This is extremely valuable since I grew up around technology so I would be very familiar with it and would know how social media works and the internet.
- Rare: Not that rare since there millions of other people being raised around the same time
- Inimitable: This is imitable since plenty if kids would have this knowledge.
- Non-substitutable: It could be substituted by people who are experts in certain technology and marketing.

- Valuable: This is valuable since with Tesla being popular and making people interest in cars that could help to my advantage with people who want to create innovate and interesting technology, and be able to employ them
- Rare: Not that rare since companies making new innovative things could gain this excitement.
- Inimitable: This is imitable since Technology companies can experiene this.
- Non-substitutable: It can't be substituted since losing the excitement would mean less motivated employees.
5. How to make publicity
- Valuable: This is valuable since publicity would allow you to get noticed more.
- Rare: Not that rare since companies make ads that people enjoy and can be remembered such as super bowl commericals.
- Inimitable: This is imitable since people who know how to make things go viral can get publicity.
- Non-substitutable: It can't be substituted since losing the ability would mean less attention and possibly less money from investors and attention from possible car brands.

- Valuable: This is valuable it's unique and would have less competition.
- Rare: It's rare since I haven't seen this idea on the market.
- Inimitable: This is imitable if someone tried to attempt the same thing.
- Non-substitutable: It can be substituted for a different product models that could be more innovating such as self driving cars and implement it with our product.
7. Car enthusiasts and mechanics
- Valuable: This is valuable since being friends with people who works on cars or their cars and know how they work could be useful when making the product.
- Rare: Not that rare since people can be friends with people like them.
- Inimitable: This is imitable since anyone can be friends with mechanics.
- Non-substitutable: It can't be substituted since mechanics know the in's and out of cars and would be valuable in using their knowledge.

- Valuable: This is valuable since it would help in being able to make deals and business partners.
- Rare: This isn't rare since many people can have this quality.
- Inimitable: This is imitable since people can be personable as well.
- Non-substitutable: It can't be substituted since losing the ability would lower my ability to successfully get business partners and secure deals.

- Valuable: This is valuable since it means more of the market for us to exploit.
- Rare: Not that rare since companies in certain industries have a lack of competitors.
- Inimitable: This isn't imitable unless you came up with a new product or invention that no one has thought of.
- Non-substitutable: It can't be substituted since that would allow me to use part of the market and lower the effectiveness of my product.
10. Possibility of getting fund-raised
- Valuable: This is valuable since with the support of everyday people trying to make the roads safer would be able to give donations on a fundraising website.
- Rare: Not that rare since people try to get their business ideas fund-raised through websites.
- Inimitable: This is imitable since people can easily set up fundraisers on websites.
- Non-substitutable: It can be substituted as I can easily try to get an investor in order to gain the needed capital.
I think the top resource is the lack of brand affiliation since that would allow me to license the technology to multiple car companies that would be able to implement this into the cars. Another reason I think it's more important is that it would allow to make the product available as more brands would be able to have it and have more cars be able to be safer on the road.
I agree, lack of brand affiliation can be a very important resource if you're trying to sell your product to more than one car company. That would definitely help maximize profits rather than being affiliated with only one company. I also see the lack of competitors as important too. A lack of competitors can mean you can dominate the market you want to establish, which can be very lucrative.
